Administration, Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology Mount Sinai St. Luke’s and Mount Sinai West
The Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Mount Sinai St. Luke’s and Mount Sinai West is one of New York City’s largest. We have a 45-member clinical faculty, including general obstetrician-gynecologists and subspecialists in seven major divisions. Annually, we perform over 6,500 deliveries, 3,000 gynecologic surgeries, 46,000 fetal evaluations, and 26,000 clinic visits. Our 4-year, 24-member residency program is ACGME certified and includes clinical rotations throughout the subspecialties.
The department is headed by Chairman Peter G. McGovern, MD; Residency Program Director Lois E. Brustman, MD, and the Clinical Division Directors.
