Resident Candidate Interview Dates and Applying

The Residency Program in the Obstetrics and Gynecology Department at Mount Sinai St. Luke’s and Mount Sinai West (formerly St. Luke’s-Roosevelt Hospital Center) has six open categorical PGY-1 positions. Interviews for the positions will be held at Mount Sinai West on:

  • October 31, 2017
  • November 28, 2017
  • December 12, 2017
  • December 19, 2017
  • January 9, 2017

Criteria for consideration: You must make the following documents available

  • Current CV
  • Current letters of recommendation – one must be from the OB/GYN Chair
  • Copy of diploma
  • Copy of medical school transcript
  • Copy of step 1 and 2 scores

Other application considerations:

  • Minimum USMLE score: 200
  • U.S. clinical experience: One to two years of clinical experience in OB/GYN outside of the USA is considered.
  • Requirement for number of years graduated from medical school: None.
  • Requirement for number of attempts on Step 1 or Step 2: No failures.
